Our Story
AN OFFSHOOT OFRITMO VENTURES.
Ritmo AI grew out of Ritmo Ventures, a Sacramento-based advisory firm that has worked with business owners across the region for years. We kept seeing the same problem: AI tools were everywhere, but the gap between "AI is interesting" and "AI is running in my business" was enormous for companies under $50M.
The tools required engineers. The implementations required months. The results required faith. Most business owners — the ones actually running things — had no clear path from curiosity to value.
So we built one. Ritmo AI is the practical version: a platform that connects to what you already use, a local team that does the implementation, and a client portal that any executive can navigate without a technical background.
Our Team
Built by people who have taken AI from the lab to the field, and to exit.
Ritmo AI is led by a Sacramento-area team that has spent years building and selling AI and robotics companies. Together we've founded, scaled, and sold startups to Nextracker, Microsoft, Zoom, and others. We've shipped Gemini-class models at Google and put autonomous robots to work on real job sites. Now we're bringing that experience to mid-size businesses: AI agents that connect to the systems you already run, show you where time and money are being lost, and then do the work. The same team also builds Finn, our agents for the physical world, in our own lab in Rocklin.

We are based in Rocklin, CA. Our team is reachable by phone. When something needs attention, you talk to a person who knows your setup — not a support ticket queue.

We do not sell AI strategy decks. We build agents that do specific jobs, explain exactly what they do, and show you the output before anything goes live.
Your Stack, Your Data
We work with the AI already in your tools — Gemini if you use Google Workspace, Copilot if you use Microsoft 365. No new subscriptions required. Your data stays in your systems.
White-Glove Implementation
We stay involved after go-live. Monitoring, updates, and adjustments are part of the engagement — not an add-on. If an agent stops performing, we fix it.
